Shipping Costs & Information

We ship orders worldwide. All shipping costs are calculated and charged according to package weight and sent with Express Mail Service ( EMS) from Bali , Indonesia . Please allow , most shipments to major cities take between 7 to 10 business days. We can use DHL or UPS upon request , please note the shipping rates will differ on those couriers. In-stock items will be shipped within 3 to 5 business days. We try to keep our most popular items in stock, but if your item is not in stock, we will contact you within 72 hours with a shipping timeframe and to answer any questions. We will produce your item between 7 to15 business days. Please contact us if you have any special requests, we will try to comply. When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information for your package.

We hand make our products one by one. While we try to keep many of our most popular items in stock for immediate shipping, some products may have a longer shipping time because of their bespoke nature. Within 48 hours of placing your order, a Miow Shoes & bags customer specialist will contact you to confirm the availability of your item and answer any questions. Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy, we can accept returns for a full refund to the original method of payment within 14 days of recieving your items. If you have a log in, you can request a return online. Otherwise, please email us at info@miowleathers.com or call us to request an RA number and return address. Shipping of returns will be paid by customer.

To exchange for the same item in a different size or color: If you are making an exchange for the same item in a different size or color, you will be charged for the reshipment of the item to you.

Price Adjustments

If you have purchased items that are now on sale, we will gladly offer you a one-time price adjustment if the original date of shipment was within 14 days of the sale offering.

Customs, Tariffs and Taxes

Duties and taxes are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Although charges are not always incurred, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into the destination country. Payment of any duties and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery. Care Instructions

Daily dirt and spills are best cleaned as they happen. While a simple damp cloth is perfect for most cases, it can become necessary to use a gentle cleaner or conditioner specifically for leather. We recommend a wax-free leather conditioner formulated to gently clean, condition, and preserve tanned and finished leathers. Follow manufacturer instructions. Always test on a hidden area first. Do not use waxes or silicone formulas as these leather preparations impair the ability of the leather to "breathe."
